全都是楼主的切身经验与体会呀！关键点就在于一个度，看黄片、自慰、次数等等，都是生理需要，关键就是一个度，不能过度，过了就不好了，身体会朝不好的方向发展，思想、情绪也会变得不稳定。还有一个，高潮不高潮，舒服不舒服，一是生理反应，但更主要的还是精神上的满足与否。遇见心仪的女人，相信大家都有一个想法，就是要让她高潮、让她舒服，自己有没有都无所谓。
