为啥80年代日本AV有无码片

看了80年代的日本AV片，如木田彩水（ayami kida)、冴島奈緒（Nao Saejima）的片子都没有马赛克，有暴露器官（带套），而且是内射。
那个时代的日本A片允许无码吗？
