野人花园（Savage Garden）是一组已经解散的澳大利亚双人音乐团体，由主唱戴伦·海斯（Darren Hayes）和吉他手兼键盘手丹尼尔·琼斯（Daniel Jones）组成
　1993年澳大利亚布里斯本的Red Edge乐团征求主唱，当时任幼儿教育老师的戴伦·海斯在报上看到了征人启事，便去应征。他与吉他手丹尼尔·琼斯一拍即合，加入了Red Edge担任主唱。不久他们创作了第一首歌曲：A Thousand Words，后来戴伦·海斯及丹尼尔·琼斯就离开了Red Edge，组了自己的乐团。
　　戴伦·海斯当时着迷于安·莱斯的吸血鬼编年史系列小说，其中的《夜访吸血鬼》和《吸血鬼黎斯特》都提到了Savage Garden，那是一个蛮荒、嗜血的失乐园，后来他们就用Savage Garden当成乐团的名称。
1996年：《I want you》成为当年澳大利亚最大卖的单曲，在专辑《savage garden》更是在澳大利亚排行榜上稳占了19周的冠军。
　　1997年4月：专辑《savage　garden》在美国发行，《i want you》成为双周冠军单曲。
　　1997年6月：《savage garden》晋身金唱片。
　　1997年12月：《savage garden》晋身为白金唱片。
　　1998年：1月《truly mandly deeply》成为savage garden在美国billboard榜上的首支冠军单曲。
　　1998年2月：《savage garden》晋身双白金唱片。
　　1998年3月：《savage garden》晋身三白金唱片。
　　1998年4月：《truly madly deeply》连续5周成为billboard hot100中点播率最高的歌曲，并统治了billboard成人音乐榜达11周之久。
　　1998年5月：《savage garden》晋身四白金唱片。
　　1998年11月：《savage garden》晋身五白金唱片。
　　1998年12月：savage garden荣获“最佳点播率”及“成人当代音乐最佳单曲”二项billboard大奖，被英国音乐大奖提名为“国际最佳新人”。
　　1999年9月：savage garden在澳洲音乐工业大奖获得“最佳销量单曲”提名和“最佳销量流行专辑”奖项。
　　1999年11月：第二张专辑《affirmation》发行。其中充满野性节奏的《The Animal Song》短短时间就打入了世界排行榜的Top30。
　　1999年12月：《affirmation》晋身白金唱片，《i knew i loved you》在billboatrd成人当代音乐榜稳坐17周冠军。
　　2000年1月：《i knew i loved you》成为billboard单曲榜上4周冠军！
　　2000年2月：《savage garden》晋身六白金唱片，《affirmation》晋身为双白金唱片。
　　2000年9月：《savage garden》晋身七白金唱片。
　　2000年11月：〈i knew i loved you〉的video获billboard“最佳成人当代音乐录影带大奖”。
　　2001年2月：savage garden获英国音乐大奖“年度最佳国际组合”提名。
