颈椎难受，咋办啊？

我跟楼主差不多类似，25岁，身体健康，只不过我每天要工作16小时，有几点要注意一下：
1.椅子和电脑桌的高低位置有确切重大的关系。这点很重要。
2.两肩疼痛可能是肩周炎，很多人都有，可以用红花油，抹在背部两块骨上，记往，千万别抹在颈部。后果很严重！小弟深有感触。
3.生活上要有规律，有时间可以做点运动，量别太大。
