I need to ask is the front or the back got this problem, if is front maybe you need to check the cable connect to the motherboard and if the back one you need to take another headset to try, if still problem this mean is the some part of motherboard got problem and if not maybe is your headset got problem.

声卡驱动问题，寻找新版或者稳定版驱动，另外检查一下耳麦的插头是否脏了，导致接触不良

可能是第三方软件干扰，比如防火墙，360等软件限制了开机启动项

驱动问题，配置文件没有被保存下来，换个驱动试试

应该是软件安装冲突。或者是卸载别的软件时误删除了 共享数据如 DLL

买过一个新的耳麦吧，如果还是不行那就是电板问题，那样的话就将就着用吧，不然换电板不划算
